Masseria Zanzara preserves the typical features of these ancient structures, offering guests the opportunity to relax in the wonderful gardens that surround it, to savor the delights of this splendid land in the restaurant and to relax in the pool behind the Saracen tower.
The restaurant is housed in the old mill of the masseria and boasts typical Salento dishes as well as dishes from different cultures. During the summer season the tables are set up in the garden in front of the mill in a botanical atmosphere that relaxes the human mind.
