With a peaceful location in the valley, 7 km from Bolzano centre, the Residence Martinelli is a family-run apartments, WiFi and parking all completely free. Apartments are air conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV. Every apartment has one or more balconies, some with a view of the mountains or valley. The Residence Martinelli is motorbike-friendly . There is a garage especially for motorbikes. It has great bus connections to Bolzano and is just 30 minutes' drive from the Latemar ski area. The Bolzano trade fair is 5 km away.

中国“适合自驾的游客。公寓距离多洛米蒂有一个小时车程，但距离博尔扎诺开车很方便。公寓虽然临街，到玻璃门窗的隔音效果非常好，关上门窗还是很安静，阳台上可以看到不错的田野风景。房间干净整洁，配备了做饭用具，整栋公寓管理有序，员工热情。步行100米有超市，可以满足日常所需。超市对面有家餐馆，价格合理。”
