A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts. The house as it is today is the result of an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in the suggestive and pleasant ambiance of Giudecca island. The apartment has an independent entrance overlooking a quiet alley and access is with a numerical code communicated during check-in. The apartment is situated on two floors, it is composed of two bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate 5 people: - On the ground floor you will be welcomed by the sitting room with sofa; the living area with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven; a laundry room with washing machine and a safe box; a bathroom with shower; the first double bedroom (with a cot on request). - Upstairs you will find a relaxation area with sofa bed and TV in the open space of the mezzanine above the living area; a bathroom with shower; a bedroom with two single beds. Free WIFI and air conditioning/heating in every room. It is located about 150 m. from the Palanca pier (water bus). In the same area there are various types of shops and nice restaurants. Everything is outside of the big tourist flows so our guests can really dive in the most authentic Venetian life. The island of Giudecca is separated from its namesake's canal of 300 meters from the city, but is well-served by public transport. Indeed from here all destinations can be reached: Saint Mark's, Lido with its beaches, and the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.
