Spacious and bright apartment, sorrounded by a park in a residential area just outside the city walls and only 35 minutes from Venice. The building was completely renovated in 2020. Perfect for families, for those who travel by car (parking is free and just in front of the apartment), it is also a good solution if you want to stay near the airport. Bus stop is just a few minutes away. Bus 6 and 101 takes 10 minutes to the train station and about 2 minutes to the airport. There is also a shortcut to reach the city centre on foot in 25/30 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, boiler, moka, Espresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, television , hairdryer, iron and drying reck. Two bathrooms, one with buthtub, sink, WC, bidet and one with shower,sink and washing machine. (no Wc). Corridor with relaxation area and info book. Two balconies overlooking the sunset and the mountains. Welcome breakfast kit . Two small children playgrounds just next to the building. Accessibility features: no steps, elevator, space for wheelchair, bath/shower chair, disabled parking. You will have assistance from Annalisa in Italian, English, French and Spanish.

The apartment is situated in one of the greenest areas in Treviso, just next to the beautiful Treviso Ostiglia cycling path. Nearby you will find a take away pizzeria, Japanese restaurant, bakery,butchery, grocery, bar and pastry bar, minimarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, beauty center, post office, tobacco shop.
