The Royal Palace of Caserta is an architectural masterpiece by the genius of Luigi and Carlo Vanvitelli, built in Baroque and Neoclassical style. Our rooms are inspired by the fantastic marble statue of Gaetano Salomone, Adonis and Venus. The fountain represents the moment when Venus begs Adonis not to go hunting, in an attempt to avert his tragic fate.
