Venice: between heaven and earth...
Extremely convenient to everything. Silent. Clean. Essential.
The apartment is located in Venice's front door, convenient for those with cars and bus arrives and also for those who must embark on the cruise.
Completely free from high water, being the apartment and te entire building located in the highest part of Venice.
However the apartment, even if central, is quiet.
You can park your car in the parking lot at 50 meters at special rates for all day. The only place in Venice where you can park car!
If you arrive by bike you can park inside the courtyard of Venicedire.
The apartment has the WI-FI and air-conditioning.

You can park your car in different parking (with discounted price) at 50 mt distance or rent one.
You'll arrive in the most confortabile place in Venice, from which you can easily and quickly get to everything: the center and islands. At Home you can find all you need. No need to drag the bags through the bridges! Just arrive by car, park it and you are welcome!!
