The apartment is located in Vicolo del colonnato under the ancient walls of Villa D'Este and enjoys a beautiful view of the gardens of the Villa, so close that you can hear the gurgling of the water flowing from the fountains. The context is characteristic and silent and is located 30 meters away. from the Gothic House and 150 meters. from the Sanctuary of Hercules Victor. An accurate and complete renovation has enhanced ancient elements combined with a modern style but capable of making the environment welcoming and warm. The apartment consists of a living area with an open kitchen equipped with a peninsula and all the necessary accessories chosen with taste and of excellent quality. The tastefully furnished double bedroom is large and welcoming with a king size bed, wardrobe, safe and smart TV; the double room is very refined and is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. All rooms are air conditioned. The apartment is completed by a comfortable bathroom that combines the ancient and the modern, with a large shower, hairdryer and bidet. The apartment is accessed via an automatic opening system using a code sent via a link to your email at the time of booking.

The apartment is located on Villa d'Este in the characteristic medieval area of the city. The Sanctuary of Hercules Victor is 150 meters away, the Gothic House at 30 meters, Villa Gregoriana at 650 meters. and Villa Adriana 3 km away.
It is located in a limited traffic area with limited parking availability, therefore you are invited to leave your car in the multi-storey buildings in Tivoli in Piazza Matteotti (700 meters away from the apartment) or in Piazza Massimo (about 650 meters away). To be able to leave or collect your luggage, Vicolo d'Este has purchased a transit and short-term parking permit in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) from the Municipality of Tivoli. Therefore, guests can pass through the historic center by communicating the license plate number of their car to the Vicolo d'Este host.
