Villa "Ca 'Licio" is a bright independent house, comfortable and spacious. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Equipped with everything that can be used for the stay of families, groups of friends, work groups. It is located a few km from Ferrara and Rovigo. It is 4 km from the exit of the A13 Occhiobello motorway exit or the Villamarzana exit. At guests' disposal there is a convenient parking in front of the house and free wifi. The house is located on the first floor. There is a large kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals and a TV. There are three bedroom. The first has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for two people. The second bedroom is double with the addition of a single bed. Finally the third bedroom is double. There is a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a washing machine available for guests. Linen and towels are provided. For those traveling on business there are two desks where you can work with your laptop. In the house there is an internal terrace where you can stay and a large balcony.

Villa "Ca 'Licio" is located in the center of the town, in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, where silence and privacy are assured, convenient to all services. A few meters away you can find: bar, pastry shop, newsagent, grocery stores, bank, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant and pizzeria. It is 15 minutes from Ferrara and Rovigo. Convenient to reach Padua, Verona, Mantua, Bologna, Modena in about an hour. Near the house there is a sports field where you can jog or play tennis and a gym.
