To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival. Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License). Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access. Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed. Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.

On the ground floor, a spacious living room is the ideal place to unwind at the end of the day, next to a fully equipped kitchen with rustic charm. The ground floor also includes a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning, private TV, and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Going up to the first floor, you will find three additional double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with their own TV, along with a bathroom with shower and a terrace. Villa DellOmbra can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, offering spaces designed to experience the authentic Sicilian lifestyle together. The The villa is located in Alcamo Marina, about 1 km from the fabulous sandy beach of "Zona Aleccia," which offers visitors the choice between a free public beach or a paid equipped one. Additionally, it is only a 20-minute drive from all essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches. To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request. Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
