For more than twenty years it has been dealing with tourist rentals of private villas, farmhouses and apartments with pool carefully selected in the main Italian locations. Villa Durante is a spacious private villa with a panoramic pool, nestled in the peaceful Le Marche countryside, just minutes from historic Cagli. The town, rich in history and tradition, features charming streets, lively squares, cafés, a bakery with fresh bread, supermarkets, and local shops offering high-quality regional products. Inside, the villa blends rustic wooden-beam ceilings with light, classic touches, creating warm, welcoming spaces for families and friends. The pool, with a shallow area and sun loungers, suits all ages, while the portico and large garden are perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. The wood-fired oven and barbecue make outdoor cooking a shared pleasure, and the private Chef in Villa service offers bespoke seasonal dinners enhanced with stories, aromas, and traditional techniques. Ideal for nature lovers, the villa is near rivers and the Monte Petrano plateau, with Monte Catria trails for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding. Adriatic beaches are a short drive away, and nearby Umbria allows easy visits to Gubbio, Assisi, and Perugia. The villa is on two floors both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large hall overlooking the dining room, a living room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a large double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower. From the living room a wooden staircase leads to a lovely mezzanine floor with two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a large living room with sofa, a bathroom with shower and laundry area.
