Villa Gea is a modern private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region, just 12 km far from Urbino, one of the most important centers of Italian Renaissance. Plunged in the greenery and tranquility of Le Marche countryside, this villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying the beautiful salt water infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. Guests have access to two large porches, equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to have al fresco dinings and enjoy pleasant moments in company. In addition, there is a barbecue area and a table tennis for funny challenges. The property consists of two units on three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom (beds can be divided as twin bedroom upon request) overlooking the living room on the lower floor. The other unit, always set on three floors, consists of a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is an open space area with two single beds (which can be joined as double bed upon request), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom overlooking the open space area with the two single beds. All property rooms (except bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning.
