Villa Giada is a structure made up of two distinct and separate villas, each independent and with its own entrance and external space. Inside the property there is a beautiful private swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests. Villa 1 is composed of: large living room with single sofa bed, kitchen equipped with every service and utensil (including coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, etc.), three double bedrooms (two of which have three beds - double bed and single bed), two bedrooms each with 2 single beds for a total of 13 beds (including the single sofa bed in the living room). The Villa has 3 internal bathrooms (each with shower). The external part is composed of a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden and the sea (not far from the Villa). Villa 2 is composed of: large living room with single sofa bed, kitchen equipped with all services and utensils (including coffee machine with pods, electric kettle and microwave oven), three bedrooms with double bed and single bed and one bedroom with 1 double bed for a total of 12 beds. The Villa has 2 internal bathrooms (each with shower). The external part is composed of a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden and the sea. In the garden, which can be accessed from both villas, there is the beautiful private swimming pool. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 10 A.M. TO 8 P.M. FROM 01 MAY TO 31 OCTOBER. The pool is reserved ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY for the guests of the two villas. It is not shared with other people. POOL DIMENSIONS: length 14 meters, width 6 meters, minimum depth 1 meter maximum depth 3 meters (there is also a diving board).

The property is located 1.5 km from Piraineto train station from which you can reach the historic center of Palermo and the airport. Not far away there are supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacconists, bakeries, greengrocers and many other commercial activities.
