"Villa Il Borghetto" or as the structure is simply called by our family “Il Borghetto" is a mansion which for historic merit has a conservation order of the Italian Cultural Ministry; first noble dwelling then religious institution and finally historic building and antique residence. Who we are? Briefly who is going to take care of you during your stay: Cristina: the younger sister with a degree in Communications was responsible for dragging the whole family into the world of tourism. She gives a winning daily cocktail of passion, enthusiasm and empathy to the service of the guests. Claudio: the older brother kind and caring takes of the day to day running of the residence. He knows Siena and surroundings like the back of his hand. Cesare & Marina: Cesare born and brought up at Borghetto has always wished to restore his natal home and has been the dynamic force in bringing this project to fruition. His profession is plant raising and landscape gardener so it is obvious he tends the green ares of the property. Marina is the typical Italian mamma, she takes care of the apartments with as if they were her own home and supervises the cleaning.

The Villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Siena, in the open countryside but just over a kilometer from the walls of the historic center, in an area subject to landscape constraints. A little more than 500 meters along the road Massetana Romana, a convenient shopping area with supermarkets (Conad and Penny), Nannini bar, shops, bakery, etc. where I go shopping every day. Me or my brother Claudio will be at yor disposal during a daily reception at The Villa, constantly available to organize tours and routes out of the classic tourist routes. Just in front of the main entrance of the Villa there is a bus stop: bus n.54 runs every 15 minutes from early morning to 8,45 pm and lead you inside the heart of ancient Siena in 5 minutes! The bus n.3 reach the Siena train/bus station every 30 minutes!
