The house is situated on a hill overlooking the coast and offers sea views from the entire garden, the veranda and the fully glazed gym where you can work out and enjoy the picturesque view. The fully fenced garden with access through an electric gate has a large veranda with kitchen, barbecue and fireplace for outdoor meals. Nearby, a beach volleyball court and various activity and relaxation corners are available. The house consists of three independent apartments and is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together without giving up their own privacy. The apartment on the second floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. In the garden level apartment, the large living area with kitchen and fireplace is perfect for moments of togetherness when it is too cool to dine in the garden under the veranda.
