Villa La Picena is a very elegant holiday home with air conditioning, fitness and private pool in a wonderfully quiet location near Ripatransone, in the heart of the Marche, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of the Marche hills. The villa has air conditioning, a fitness room, a veranda with lounge sofas and a private swimming pool and sleeps 13 and is only a 15-minute drive from the Adriatic coast. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with all kinds of fruit trees, terracotta pots with lemon plants, and borders of roses and oleanders, creating a very special Mediterranean atmosphere. The garden also features a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor grilling. A small garden house has been converted into a fitness room where you can exercise in the shade while enjoying a beautiful view.
