Property information

Villa La Ginestra is a holiday home consisting of three apartments that can only be rented together. It is ideal for a large family or two / three families traveling together. The private pool is beautifully situated, overlooking the green hills. It is gated and open from June to September.

Neighbourhood information

Villa La Ginestra is located in a quiet rural area, on a hill above Umbertide. Umbertide is a small town, but equipped with everything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a small hospital with first aid. On Wednesday morning there is a pleasant local market in the center.
