it is a small family business also managed by Filippo Mangiapane and his daughter Nunziatella ,we are very attentive to the needs of families and in particular of children, Villa Nunziatella is a structure surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the Gulf of Castellamare completely restructuring it and rediscovering one small jewel of our Sicily. We are happy to offer it to do know our friends tourists..

Villa Nunziatella is a big Villa with 5 indipendent cottage each one has your private garden .
Villa is in the big park of lemon tree and overlooked on splendid Castellammare Gulf, it s close the important archeological site as Erice, Segesta , Trapani, Monreale , Palermo, the beach is very close 800 metre from Villa.
In the Villa there is a playpark for children and many confort, our staff organized tour with boat to see the Castellamare Gulf, San Vito Lo Capo beach and Natural Reserve of Zingaro!
Often we organize Sicilian breakfast by the pool!!
In the site you can rent a car!
