The villa , all remodeled , has 4 rooms .
3 rooms have private bath 1 room with bath next to it . Air condition is available in all rooms in the kithen and in the family room. There are two entrances . A Front entrance + a back exit .
The back exit brings to outside spaces :
-Outside kitchen with veranda
- Relax zone with view towards pool and steps that bring to pool
Separate laundy area
A large terrace all connected around the house
There is a big pool 5x10 with salt water totally new
The house offers all comforts necessary for a pleasent vacation.
The first beach is at 800mt away

Inside Parking area closed by automatic gate , wifi, air condition, barbeque, extra outside shower with hot water snd toilette in the pool area , big terrace around the house (200 mq)
