Villa Sa Rocca Junior & Suite is a beautiful 3-story holiday home consisting of a 2-story cottage and an additional suite with a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. Both flats combined can accommodate a total of 13 people, making it the perfect place for 2-3 families. The villa is located in Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with separate entrances and separate outdoor areas. In the first flat, that spreads across the first two floors, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, an open living area with a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and one single bed), 2 bathrooms as well as a laundry room. The suite on the 2nd floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious balcony. The entire villa is characterized by large windows that boast a magnificent panoramic view and is stylishly decorated with high-quality furniture for luxurious holidays! In addition, the accommodation has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The highlight of the villa, however, is the fantastic outdoor area whose terrace boasts breathtaking views of the village and the mountains in the background. Prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky. A large garden on the ground floor and a swimming pool make your trip a perfect holiday experience. After only 200 m or 3 minutes on foot, you will find a supermarket and some restaurants while the sandy beach of Chia Sa Colonia is 2.5 km or 6 minutes away by car. The sandy beach of Su Giudeu Beach is 7 minutes away by car (or 4.1 km) and the center of Pula, with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is a 22-minute drive (or 19 km) from the villa. Parking is available on the property. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
