In the evening, things get extra cozy: unwind in front of the crackling wood-burning stove or enjoy a movie night on the huge lounge couch with a 65" TV. There is a private basement room for your sports equipment and luggage – perfect if you're planning to go hiking, biking, or skiing. Additionally, a washing machine/dryer is available in the basement, ideal for longer stays or if you'd like to keep your sportswear fresh. A small utility room inside the apartment helps keep everything organized. And if you need to get some work done during your stay, you'll find a comfortable workspace where business and relaxation blend perfectly. Three ski and hiking areas are right nearby: Rosskopf and Ladurns can be reached in just 5 minutes by car or bus, and the Ratschings-Jaufen area is only 15 minutes away. Right outside your door, hiking trails and the Wipptal cycle path are waiting for you. Just a few steps away, you'll find restaurants, bars, grocery stores, a ski rental, hair salon, ATM, pharmacy, and the local tourist office – all conveniently located within 200 to 400 meters. Bus and train stations are also within easy walking distance, so you’ll stay flexible and mobile at all times. The appartment is located on one side directly along the main street, giving you quick access to shops, bars, and all amenities. On the other side, however, the terrace and living area face a peaceful setting with stunning mountain views — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Especially attractive for families: playgrounds and play areas are also within easy walking distance.
