Vivo has four bright double rooms with private bathrooms. Each one is characterized by a different color: pink, yellow, blue, and navy green. They are ideal for solo travelers or couples. Small children are welcome as long as they sleep in the same bed with you. The green room on the first floor has a private balcony, and the blu room on the second floor has a sea view. The other two overlook the Borgo Marinaro.
Accessibility Notes: Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator, and the rooms are accessible via one or two flights of stairs. For any request, please contact us before reservations.
Ours is an eco-conscious establishment. Vivo is powered by solar energy, it's mindful of waste recycling, and it promotes responsible resource consumption.

The characteristic Seaside Village of the city (Borgo Marinaro in Italian), also known as "Shangai," stretches between Corso Umberto I and the beach. Along its straight alleys, you will find small and narrow houses, with their facades in bricks or colorful stucco. Once, the city's fishermen lived here, but today, with its restaurants and bars, it's the bustling heart of Civitanova Marche.
Between the main square and the fish market, there is a cluster of houses, and that's where you'll find Vivo: a three-story townhouse, renovated in 2023, with four cozy rooms and welcoming common spaces that open onto a sunny courtyard. The beach, the port, and the promenade are just a five-minute walk away.
