Cleaning Report unclean areas at check-in only. No towel exchange or cleaning during stay; listed cleaning covers after check-out only. 7. Damage/Loss/Soiling Use room sensibly. Report any loss or damage immediately. For long stays, take care with water/oil stains; extreme soiling may require special cleaning. Lost keys will require replacement for security. 8. ID Submission Japan residents: representative’s ID/signature required. Non-residents: all guests’ IDs/signatures required by law. 9. Lost & Found Items kept for 1 week; then disposed. Food/drink discarded during cleaning. 10. Late Check-out If you wish to check out late, please notify us in advance; otherwise, extended stays are not allowed. 11.
