L'hotel Kokuya, d'estil japonès, ofereix habitacions confortables amb bany termal exterior privat i accés gratuït a internet. L'hotel disposa de 2 restaurants, un spa i uns banys termals espaiosos. Kokuya es troba al cor de la famosa zona d'aigües termals de Shiba Onsen. Hi ha un servei de trasllat gratuït des de l'estació de Yudanaka disponible a petició. L'hotel és a només 3 km del parc de micos de neu de Jigokudani. Les habitacions tenen terra de tatami i llits tradicionals de futó. Disposen d'una zona d'estar, TV de pantalla plana, minibar i instal·lacions per preparar te i cafè.
