Hello, I’m Rise, Nishio’s first Tourism Ambassador. I personally drive, interpret, and guide guests to these experiences, ensuring you can connect deeply with the people and culture of my hometown.
Guests can grind matcha in the house’s tea room, visit miso and sake breweries, an eel farm, or tea fields and a matcha factory, and even make shrimp crackers or mini tatami mats — always with the chance to talk directly with the local owners and artisans who make these traditions come alive.
