Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at the time of check in.

Any deliveries purchased online and arriving at the hotel during the stay of the guest must be accepted and signed by the guest directly. The hotel cannot take any liability, payments, quantity and quality control on behalf of the guest. Storage space at the property is limited.
