Please let us know your bed preference before arrival.If not specified, we’ll prepare Western-style beds using the fewest rooms possible based on your group size.Changes requested after check-in will incur a 3,000 yen service fee. We appreciate your understanding.

Here are the house rules:

-No shoes indoors.

-Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited indoors. A violation fee of 50,000 yen will apply.

-Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

-Please wash any used dishes and cookware.

-Please sort your garbage and take it to the designated bins located outside the house.

-Please keep the key safe. Lost key fee: ¥20,000 (lock replacement).

-Early Check-in / Late Check-out requires prior arrangement. 2,000 yen per hour.
