The house features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with 3 of the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. Guests are provided with all modern amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, a drying room, a washer and dryer, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A heated driveway will help you keep your garage and parking area clean 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the winter season. - Rusutsu Resort, featuring an amusement park, 5 golf courses, and ski fields, is under a 5-minute walk away. - Lake Toya is only a 15-20 minute drive away. - All ski fields of Niseko United and Moiwa are a 30-minute drive away. - Sapporo and Chitose International Airport are approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away. - Hot spring onsens close by if you would like a day off from the slopes - Rafting, mountain biking, hiking and other summer activities within 10 minute drive away

Rusutsu Resort is based beneath Mt. Sorioi and Mt. Shiribetsu Covered in green in summer and draped in the lightest of snow in winter. Rusutsu has been a popular summer get-away with Japanese for decades, but winter is when it shines. Operating from late November to mid April, Rusutsu Resort is one of the largest ski resorts in Hokkaido. The resort is spread over 3 mountains, (East Mt, West Mt, and Mt Isola) with 37 different courses to choose from (view the trail map ). There are a total of 42km of runs, with the longest course reaching 3500m in length. The courses were carefully designed to give skiers at every level an exciting challenge. They are split roughly beginner level, and intermediate. Rusutsu has always been a popular vacation spot in summer because of the wonderful mountain climate - not too hot or humid unlike summers throughout the rest of Asia, and with a wealth of activities. usutsu Resort has an amusement park with everything from merry-go-rounds for the kids, to roller coasters for the adrenaline junkie in you. They also include abundant shopping for souvenirs and gifts of all kinds. Those looking for outdoor sports can try paragliding, river rafting, and road cycling. Mt Shiribetsudake is a popular hiking spot with long shady trails and several beautiful views of Mt Yotei, Hokkaido’s Mt Fuji. Our immediate area in the resort additionally includes Hotel Romulus, and several other small Japanese style lodges. A few of the lodges have dining rooms that are open for lunch. There are several small restaurants: Pirateman, Tomekichi, Rodeo Drive, Kazuchan and a German style bakery called Walde Wiese. On the Tower Hotel side of the road, there are two convenience stores, as well as gear rental shops. There is a car rental desk inside the Resort that is open year round since April 2009. Just 2km down the road in Rusutsu village is the Route 230 road station, which includes a local farmers’ market where fresh produce is available at wonderful prices.
