Hotel usage rules and guidelines

The standard rate for all room rates is 2 people (Triple is 3 people), and for rooms with a maximum number of people(Superior

Family Twin, Junior Suite Family up to 3 people, Centric Premium Suite up to 4 people), an additional fee of 10,000 won per

additional person will be added.

(However, additional bedding, extra beds, and baby beds are not provided.)

One person under 36 months who exceeds the standard number of people can stay for free.

(However, baby guards and baby beds are not provided.)

If more than a standard number of people stay for more than 30 minutes after entering the room, an additional charge

equivalent to the additional number of people will be added.

The check-in time is 15:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) / 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and 12:00 on

check-out time.

An additional fee of 10,000 won per 1 hour is added for early check-in and late check-out, and only if there are available rooms

on the day of check-in and check-out.

If you can check-in early, you can check-in from 10:00 on the day of check-in, and if you want to check-in before the standard

time, you will be charged a standard fee for 1 night.

If you can check out late, you can check out up to 15:00 on the day of check-out, and if you use it after 15:00, you will be

charged a standard fee for 1 night.

If you check in after 00:00, the fee will be calculated as the previous day's fee, and if you check in after 02:00, the time will be 12

hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday) / 10 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Parking is not available at this hotel, so please keep this in mind and use the nearby public parking lot or paid parking lot.

(For pickup and drop-off, please inform the front desk and use the space behind the hotel.)

Cancellation or refund is not possible due to this matter.

Some disposable products are not provided under Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Promotion of Resource Saving and

Recycling. Please use the vending machine next to the elevator on the 1st floor for the items you need.

If you want to clean your room, please let the front desk know when you go out.

The possible cleaning time is from 12:00 to 18:00, and the cleaning time is 1 to 2 hours.

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel room and all areas in the building. If you want to smoke, please use the outside of the

hotel on the 1st floor. A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for smoking in rooms and buildings under Article 34 of the National

Health Promotion Act, and in particular, all additional expenses related to deodorization will be charged inside the room.

If anyone refuses to show an identification card to confirm teenagers under the age of 19, they will be prohibited from entering

the room.

Cancellation or refund is not possible due to this matter.

Money, valuables, valuables in the vehicle and in the room must be kept at the front desk of the hotel, and if money or other

valuables are lost, the hotel shall not be liable under Article 153 of the Commercial Act.

You must deposit your ID card or deposit at the front desk when renting various rental items (iron, hair straighteners, charger,

wine opener, etc.). Deposited items or cash will be returned when the rental items are returned to the front desk.

If you lose your room card key, you will be compensated 30,000 won. This is not a payment based on sales, so card payment is

not possible and you have to pay by cash or account transfer.

Deposited or lost items shall be kept for two weeks after check-out unless requested, and thereafter, hotel regulations shall be

followed.

You are not allowed to bring the following items into the lobby or room. (Pets / odorous objects / cooking utensils / igniting or

flammable substances / Guns and knives not permitted by law)

Cancellation or refund is not possible due to this matter.

The room is not allowed to be used for purposes other than accommodation, and gambling, loud singing and other acts that

violate the law are prohibited, so please refrain from making any disturbances that cause harm to other customers.

Dangerous acts, intentional or serious negligence in the hotel should be avoided, and if such acts ause damage to the hotel,

compensation may be requested.

Underage accommodation and Staying in a room with several men and women is prohibited.

Please be careful because the floor may be slippery when using the bathroom.

Also, if the bathroom is not drained well, the water may overflow into the room, so please inform the front desk immediately.

In the event of an emergency, please contact the front desk (number 0) immediately.
