Hongdae Style Guesthouse is 3-story bldg. in modern style and provides its guests with comfy and cozy place.
The House is located in busy transportation hub near the Hongik Univ. Station (Exit #1) and nearby many stores, restaurants, bars, Cafes, shops and so on. It takes 3-4 minute from the Station on foot and it is easy to access to go to a lot of hot spot in Hongdae area! This house is located in the middle of Seoul.
Believe travel is to live like a local.

This is Jeong and Min who are host of Hongdae styel guesthouse. We would like you to have an experience to stay in my house of fusion-Korean style.
We like K-pop, Movie, Baseball, Singing, Camping, Skiing, Food, learning foreign culture, language and Overseas traveling! We know what travelers want to know during staying foreign country. Have you ever eaten the Choco-pie?
The name of this Choco-pie popular in Korea is “Jeong, 情, 정”.
“Jeong” is very special word to Korean.
The dictionary definition of “Jeong” is “Mind that feels love or familiarity.”
However, it is vey difficult to explain about the exact meaning to foreigner by word.
Actually, many men say the most difficult thing to understand in Korean culture is “Jeong”. They say it is not difficult to understand the culture of sharing a kind heart, but how to define of the “Jeong” as Korean.
It is not Love, Friendship and Sympathy.
We want you to understand what means “Jeong, 情, 정” on your own in my place.
1. You can see the Shoopen shop in front of Exit#1 Hongik Univ. Station. Turn right side at the corner of Shoopen, and walk straight ahead till you come to a crosswalk.
2. Cross the street at the crosswalk, and walk into the 2nd alley to the left side.
3. Go straight the alley till you come to a restaurant 'La Lune Violette'. The house with wooden wall in the alley next to the 'La Lune Violette' is Hongdae Style Guesthouse!
