Deluxe accommodations just steps from the ocean. A divers retreat with picturesque sunsets and conveniently located Dive shops, Restaurants and more. Walking distance to local attractions. All amenities. Property built in 2022 and well maintained with onsite management.
However, please note there is a construction/renovation site next door, which can periodically create noise and disruption during the day. The construction work is expected to continue for a few months, with work taking place primarily during weekdays between 8 am and 5pm. We have reduced the rent to compensate for any disruption.
Despite of the construction, the unit offers a number of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including high-speed internet, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and an apple TV. The unit has a stunning view of the swimming pool and shoreline. You can enjoy breathtaking sunset while sitting on a yard chair or while relaxing in pool. Parking is available and located on the right side as you enter the property.
Our rental property is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, just a short walk from a variety of attractions, including cafe, bar,and fine dining options. Next door, there is a property undergoing minimal renovations, designed to be low-impact and ensure that guests experience no noise or disturbance during their stay. Additionally, you'll find a Turtle Farm Centre, Dolphin Centre, and excellent diving and snorkeling spots nearby, making this location perfect for both relaxation and adventure while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
