Located in the majestic hill-country paradise of Ella, these chalets are located in the midst of a lush tea plantation grove and are surrounded by majestic mountains, crystal clear streams and is nestled within a forest reserve, ensuring the occasional visit from a curious deer or a wide-eyed squirrel. It is also a utopia for bird-watching, of which the most sought after inhabitant in the area is the Ceylon Red-rumped Swallow, also known as Wehi Lihiniya in Sinhalese. The entire lodge is built in union with nature as much as possible, but doesn’t in any way make your stay here any less comfortable. Cooling cement flooring, big and spacious rooms with comfortable king-sized beds give you a homely feel that corresponds with the natural splendor around you, taking you to a place of peace and tranquility that will leave you stuck for words.
