The house is located in a quiet area of Vilnius, surrounded by nature and lakes. Near the house there are 2 lakes, Geluze and Baltiesa, to which you can walk 400 m. There is a free beach, and you will also have the opportunity to walk in the forest and enjoy the nature.

The heating is only switched on during the winter season, and its regulation is limited, as the heating is supplied by the City Municipality. Such rules exist throughout Lithuania and most of Europe.
