تم بناء فندق رجال الأعمال الحديث Hotel Navalis, Klaipėda عام 1863، ويقع في شارع H.Mantas في مدينة Klaipeda، وهو منزل قديم ولكن تم إعادة بناؤه. وللاحتفاظ بالتراث التاريخي للمبنى، تم حفظ بعض التفاصيل المعمارية الأصيلة. ولذلك يمكن للضيوف رؤية جزء من الجدار المبني بالطوب الأحمر في قاعة مكتب الاستقبال في الفندق. ويضم الفندق 28 غرفة مريحة بالإضافة إلى قاعتين حديثتين للمؤتمرات. وقد نشأ اسم الفندق من الكلمة اللاتينية "naval"، وتعني السفينة.
