This 2-bedroom apartment in Heritage building in Kaunas Old Town offers a spacious 75 sq m living space on the 1st floor with a balcony. Enjoy a roomy living room, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Fresh linen and towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's conveniently located near Zalgiris Arena, Akropolis Shopping Center, Laisves Al., and the Old Town. Plus, there's a 24-hour McDonald's just a 4-minute walk away. Ideal for families, couples, friends and business travelers.

The building is significant for its modernist architecture and is known as Saliamonas and Frida Gilerson’s House, with a unique object code of 46513, dating back to 1939.
The biggest advantage is the location of the house. It’s situated between the Old Town and the City Center, making it very convenient to get to any part of the city quickly. Everything is within walking distance in just a few minutes. Since this location is not right in the heart of the Old Town, there aren’t many pedestrians or passing cars. The noise level isn’t very high, so it’s quite peaceful. On weekends or during city festivals, the street doesn’t get too crowded, making it genuinely tranquil.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One of the bedrooms is generously sized with a double bed, while the other is smaller and equipped with two single beds. The larger bedroom is situated on the inner side of the block, ensuring complete tranquility. However, the smaller bedroom may experience some street noise, as the street is not directly adjacent but still audible.
The staircase isn’t the coziest, but the neighbors are decent, so it’s kept clean.
