Reception is closed on Sunday and Monday afternoons. From Tuesday to Saturday, the reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00. The Hotel offers self check-in from 3pm and during reception closing times. Please note that the hotel has a night entrance for arrivals or departures during these times. This night entrance is at the back of the building. It is accessible by going up the stairs to the left of the main entrance, followed by entering a pin code which will be communicated by e-mail before arrival. The key of the room will be left in a locker. The guest's ID Card will be requested in advance for check-in. Please note that the restaurant is open all week except on Sundays and Mondays. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Please note that breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00am. Breakfast is available against a surcharge of EUR 20. Please inform Hostellerie Stafelter in advance of your expected arrival time and if/at what time breakfast should be booked. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
