The Central offers accommodation in 28 suites with a unique mix of customized guest services and cutting-edge technology. We offer studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences, which can be used as overnight stays or long-stay serviced apartments, including laundry facilities, car parking, and a fitness & wellness area. communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards.
Identification & Payment
• Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central City. Non-compliance with this policy
will result in a €250fine. For rooms featuring a terrace or balcony, an ashtray is provided for
your convenience. A designated smoking area is available in the communal garden.
Quiet Hours
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.
