Property information
Nice 22 sq.m. 1-room flat. There is everything you need while your vacation in the flat. Walk distance to the beach (about 7 minutes). Walk distance to the city center is about 20 minutes. There is the tram station near the house, so it's convenient to get here by tram from the main station, or to get to the city center by tram.
Pay attention to these facts!
The house is near the tram rails. Our neighbors sometimes are noisy. We hope these facts wouldn't disturb you. :)
