Shajara meaning the tree. Called so because the orange tree which is in the center of the patio is the only vestige of the old Riad.

Property info
The Riad opened its doors in February 2020.
Totally rebuilt, in the respect of the tradition with its tadelakt walls, its ceilings and its sculpted plaster headboards, it is decorated with care and elegance.
The Riad benefits from the comfort and the modern technology.
You will discover the patio with its swimming pool around which are articulated our 5 rooms with unique character and offering a refined decoration in the pure Moroccan style with a touch of modernity.
The 2 superior rooms located on the ground floor open onto the patio, facing the pool.
The staircase will lead you to the 1st floor. You will have access to the bhou (open living room) where you can work, read or relax with a mint tea, after a busy day. On each side, the 2 parental suites with a view on the pool, have a living room and an office area. To finish with the roof terrace where you will find the 3rd master suite, the solarium and the dining area for up to 10 people.
You can enjoy modern comforts, such as, the fiber available throughout the Riad. Each room has a smart TV, reversible air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, complimentary linens and beauty products and a hair dryer.
The dining room on the ground floor can accommodate up to 10 people and is available for breakfast and meals.
The patio is covered in the winter so you can enjoy it all year round.
Ahmed, our manager will be there to answer your questions, advise you and organize your outings and excursions. Sara will take care of your breakfast and the maintenance of your rooms. Abdeslam, our night guard will be able to answer your needs.
The whole team is available 24 hours a day.
Everything has been carefully studied so that our guests can have a pleasant stay.

Our Riad is ideally located in the heart of the Medina, just an 8-minute walk from major tourist attractions such as Jemaa el Fna Square, the Bahia Palace, the Mellah Quarter and El Badi Palace.

We're just a 2-minute walk from the parking lot, where the cab driver will drop you off on arrival.
