Unbeatable location at only 2 minutes walk to the Casino square of Monaco. The space is also extremely quiet with direct access to a very peaceful communal courtyard. The apartment was just fully renovated and is fitted with a roll down shutter.
The apartment is on the second floor directly accessible by elevator. All of Monaco's hotspots are within 5 minutes walking distance. The building is fully secured with a doorman and access control.

The Golden square of Monaco is undoubtedly the most sought after location for tourism and visiter. This neighbourhood is extremely well connected to all public transportation services.
