Lovely one bedroom apartment (2-pièce with 2 rooms) in a luxury residence, with concierge, located in a quiet residential area on the Port de Fontvieille, offering a bright and unobstructed view of the gardens and the mountains.
It is a charming apartment composed of an entrance hall with a mirrored wardrobe, a fully equipped separate kitchen opening, through a serving hatch, onto a spacious living-room, with an angular sofa-bed, a wall library hosting a large flat-screen TV, and a dining-room with a round crystal table. The living room opens onto a loggia balcony with an elegant crystal table.
A guest toilette with WC and hand held shower, for use as a bidet, completes the living spaces.
The night part consists of a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a large door-window facing the loggia. A large mirrored wardrobe and wall, with furniture rich of shelves and drawings, allow to store personal clothes.
The bedroom has a separate marble bathroom with twin sinks, a full size bath, usable as a shower as well, and a toilet with a hand held shower for use as a bidet.
Both the living room with dining area and the bedroom open to the same quiet wide loggia, facing the garden and the mountains. The loggia allows to eat in the open air, as well as to rest and sunbathe or dry the laundry.
The apartment offers the possibility of easily converting the dining-room into a second bedroom, thanks to the sofa-bed, benefitting from the separate guest toilette.
The residential area is composed of several buildings with public gardens, walking areas, mountains, sea and port view, plus an outdoor seasonal supervised swimming-pool with free access.
The apartment is walking distance from the many restaurants and cafes along the Port of Fontvieille, the dam “la digue” with a few sporting facilities, the Commercial Centre with shops and Carrefour, the Princess Grace Rose Garden, the Stade Louis II, the Chapiteau Espace Fontvieille with its gardens, and Monaco Heliport.
