Hello there. My name is Mehmed Mila. and I am currently working in the Municipality of Ulcinj as the Secretary of Urbanism. My family owns apartments on the coast (10m from the beach), and new wooden bungalows 100m from the coast that are mostly for rent from May 1st until the end of September. It is our family business and we run it all together. My parents and my brother are always present and ready to meet you, your requirements and of course, various tips to make your stay with us as comfortable as it can be. Unfortunately, I am only present after 4 pm. In order to keep the offer and service up to date, we regularly employ two more workers to help us maintain the facility so that we can always meet guests as needed. We are honored and pleased to meet and welcome our guests, and we are pleased that most of them come again, not only as our regular guests but as family friends. The property is located on the coast, 10 meters from the beach. On the ground floor, we have a restaurant that mainly serves only our guests. The place is called Kruče, Rakita beach. Each studio apartment has a sea view, some have a terrace, while some have a front glass that can be opened, and the whole room is like a terrace. Studio apartments don't have a kitchen, only have a fridge and kettle (mini bar), private bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is one studio apartment and one apartment (2 room studio ) On the second floor, there are two studio apartments and one apartment ( 2 room studio ) On the third (last ) floor there is only one luxury apartment which has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with dining area and kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the sea. Also at 100 meters from the main building, we have new wooden houses (bungalows), which are shown under the name "apartments with garden view", which are located on a property of 8000 m2. The bungalows don't have a direct sea view.

The beach is rented and we have reserved sunbeds for our guests. For each guest are provided sun-beds and umbrellas free of charge. Near the beach in front of our property, there is another beach which is 5 minutes walk from our apartments. Nearby, besides our restaurant used only for our guests, there are two other restaurants. The night is very quiet, the place is quiet and without much traffic. There may be some celebration (birthday party, or something like that at nearby restaurants, but it's mostly in August and only on weekends. If there is a celebration on weekends, the music goes off after 00; 00 h and peace and silence is expected afterward. The center of Ulcinj is 9 km away. The nearest bus stop is 500 m away. We are also here to help you if you need to arrange a taxi boat ride, arrange a taxi, rent a car, or anything else if possible.
