Apartments and study that we offer are available with fully equipped bathrooms, modern kitchens, comfortable closets, TV, air conditioning, free Internet; yet our greatest asset is the beautiful balcony and garden with an unforgettable view of the lake.
The location of Villa Rosa is ideal. Our position allows you to avoid the summer crowds till it’s still close enough to the many restaurants and coffee bars. Villa Rosa is 800 meters away from the city center and from the so-called ,, City Beach '' and it’s located near the beaches Partizan and Elem.

Dojran is a wonderful place, with rich history, biological diversity and unique culture.
In Dojran you will find remnants from the ancient times, but also trenches and bunkers from the World Wars. The old church offers a unique and indescribable spiritual experience.
