Dar Ghax-Xemx dates back to the 17th century. It is situated in the unique setting of the oldest part of Victoria, and has been tastefully decorated and finished to a very high standard making this lovely little house a firm favourite in the area. The house extends over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, a toilet and washing machine. A charming little courtyard is also found on the ground floor where you can also relax and enjoy a nice dinner in a quiet environment. On the first floor are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed on which to sleep one adult or else two children. The bathroom with a bath and toilet is also located on this floor. The second floor takes you to the roof terrace with garden furniture. From the roof terrace there is a lovely view over the town and the Hill of Gelmus - this is where the spectacular fireworks are set off during the feasts of St. George (3rd week of July) and Santa Maria (15th August). Please Note - A coin-metered Air-Conditioning / Heating units are installed in both bedrooms and in the living room.

The farmhouse is situated in a peaceful and very quiet part of Victoria. Please respect neighbours around as loud noise would not be of a good environment. The property is located in a peaceful dead end alley too narrow for even the smallest of cars to get through. Yet, within a couple of minutes walking distance you are in the centre of Victoria with its open air market and little shops. The main bus station is a 5 minute walk away making it an ideal place to stay if you do not want the expense of hiring a car.
