This is a new modern finished two-bedrooms Penthouse situated on the top floor of the budling enjoying unobstructed spectacular city views of Sliema and capital city Valletta complimented with two bathrooms. Located in the sought-after area just a few minutes away from university of Malta, Gzira, Sliema, St. Julians and Valletta by bus or walk. The property is well equipped and fully air conditioned, spacious and enjoying a nice terrace ideal for relaxing and chill for the sunset.
Property provided with a free Wi-Fi , served with a lift and lots of shops and groceries in the vicinities.
