Spacious luxury fully air-conditioned one bedroom penthouse with spectacular sea view and a big communal swimming pool in Gozo just minutes away from Mgarr harbour. The penthouse has free WiFi including the on two balconies. From the front balcony you can enjoy 180-degree panorama facing the Mediterranean Sea the islands of Malta and Comino and from the back one, you have a fantastic land view with churches.
The flat all around is carefully well-furnished and highly equipped to the details offering guests to experience a quality luxury break. We especially recommend couples, friends or family with 1 child.
Perfect for a retreat for relaxation and tranquillity surrounded by that romantic ambience of amazing views, sunrise, sunset holiday on Gozo. The accommodation is in a safe complex restricted only to residents and easily accessed by elevator.

We are a married couple from Hungary. We are frequent travelers as well. We have settled down in Malta more than 10 years ago.
Our dreams come true to live here on this magnificent island. This small pearl of land in the Mediterrain sea fascinates us with its atmosphere, lots of sunny days, indigo blue sea, breathtaking landscape, peace and the kindness and calmness of the local people.
Although Gozo the second biggest island among the Maltese islands is not too big but it gives us many pleasant surprises every day. Its radiant typical Mediterranean style of living can be felt in everywhere. The narrow streets and beautiful houses like from the ancient time.
For all those reasons, we have thought we must show all these miracles to other people, so we have bought this penthouse with an amazing sea view, to make it as a base to start from to explore Gozo and relax after a tiring day.
We like to travel as well and tried to furnish it the same way as we would like for our own holiday accommodation.

LOCATION
Malta Luqa Airport is 35.9 kilometers to Ghajsielem.
Valletta is 35,4 kilometers to Ghajsielem.
The property is a 2 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk from the ferry terminal in Gozo.
Great Location - Just 10 minutes walk to all amenities including shops, waterfront restaurants, bars, tourist information, car hire, diving and snorkeling center, kayak tours, beaches, ferries and boat cruises also Blue Lagoon beach taxi-boats.
1 minute walk to bus stop to capital Victoria, Citadel, Temples, Dwejra and Ramla bay, Hondoq Bay, San Blas Bay, Xlendi Bay, Calypso's Cave, Ggantija Megalithic Temples in Xaghra.
No car needed to explore Gozo but if you want to be independent of public transport a car, a scooter or a buggy can be rented. A rented car gives you the flexibility to travel to and from any place you like. It is easy to drive in Gozo. All signs are marked in English and driving is on the left.
If one prefer bus service it is recommended to purchase a weekly ticket which enables holders to unlimited trips. The bus service in Gozo runs between 5.30 am and 11 pm.
We may help you for car renting. Free parking place is available in front of the Complex.

The property is best suited to relaxation for a family or business group rather than for young, social get-togethers.
Our Home sleeps 8 guests. Any additional guest or visitor that stays after 11pm will be charged £50 per head per night.
Absolutely NO parties or ‘happy get-togethers’ of any kind, and NO NOISE AFTER 11:00 pm!! This is due to the house being situated in a quiet, exclusive residential development.
Visitors to our guests are NOT permitted to stay after 11:00pm and if they do, they will be deemed as extra guests and be charged the £50 per head referred to in the rule above.
If any bedding or towel is badly soiled (i.e. makeup or vomit), we will have to wait until after the laundry to decide on the amount chargeable.
