Veranda Grand Baie, the iconic hotel of Veranda Resorts, is reopening on July 1st, 2023. With its thatched beach cabanas, comfortable sunbeds and stylish, azure lagoon and white sandy beach, Veranda Grand Baie truly captures the best of island living and invite guests to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby cosmopolitan village of Grand Baie. This boutique hotel which could be similar to a Creole guest house with a small yet sheltered private beach, is the perfect hideaway to soak up some laid-back vibes. True to its Mauritian roots, Veranda Grand Baie promises a new and exciting fresh take of the Creole chic concept, offering unique and authentic Mauritian experiences. The 95 rooms open onto the garden with terraces and balconies facing the coconut grove. The pool has been completely redesigned to become an infinity pool, offering a panoramic view of the azure lagoon of Grand Bay. Veranda Grand Baie also aims to be an inclusive establishment. The in-room beauty and care products collection will be made from natural ingredients. The hotel will offer guided tours for the more adventurous, conducted by a passionate guide to meet small local producers.
