Started a small artisanal coffee here in heart of Tepoztlan back in 2022, and after much success and many highly rated reviews, we were able to make the move to the big beautiful property we have now, with 4 rooms, a café, restaurant, and cocktail lounge.

Built in the 1940's our traditional Mexican Home features beautiful architecture with panoramic views of the mountains of Tepozteco Nacional forest. In the 1960's the house was owned by the prolific Swiss painter and sculptor Roger Von Guten. Now the house has been updated to be a Boutique Hotel, café, restaurant, and art galley while retaining the original look and feel of the home. - The house has 4 private rooms, 3 of them have a attached bathroom and shower while the first bedroom's bathroom is open to the public, it does have its own private & exclusive shower area. - Outside we have a beautiful front porch with lounge chairs and large patio for you to enjoy your favorite cocktail or coffee.
