The atmosphere that prevails in Casa Kin33 is a sense of peace , harmony, good energy and wellnes. Amazing gardens and open spaces are in an extention of 1 hectare. The house decor is Mexican flavor style very cozy. At home talking spanish, english and deutsch. Is a perfect place for contemplation , rest, admiration of nature and contact with wonderful native vegetation and birds.
We have a dog, name Lucas, and 2 cats.
We have swiming pool area and fully private sun deck . A magical place to complete your perfect holiday . The room is very confortable, wireless internet is also available all time . Our guest receive a healty breakfast . This paradise is located just 6 km from the airport and 11 km from downtown Cancun , 15 min from beach , quite accessible if you do not have car. You can take easily a public transportation just out side the property ... Welcome be my guest.

I love meditation, gardening, flowers, the company of good friends and nature. My husband Kurt (of German descent) and I have a nursery where we grow with love. I have 34 years living in this beautiful paradise called Cancun, I love turquoise waters and spectacular beaches. The Mayan world is fascinating me, not only have unique beaches, but an endless archaeological sites, cenotes, caves and much more. I love having a good time with friends in the garden and enjoy nature. My favorite music is music for meditation, I bike and I love to listen to Deva Premal on a quiet afternoon. We have a 2 beautiful cats named Alux and Lokiand a 2 loving dogs named Luna and Xolo.
