Totally new construction, Casa Sandy is also Eco-Friendly, equipped with Solar Panels & Solar Heater, LED & Neon Lights throughout. Excellent Amenities, Quality Furniture, Granite Counter-tops, Free Parking, Inter-phones, Jacuzzi & Security Cameras.
Sandra is an Architect here in Cozumel, born in Campeche Mexico, married with Philippe (RIP) who was a Web Designer in Cozumel as well, born in France. They Met in New York and have been living in Cozumel for 21 years.
We just love the neighborhood and its quietness, the fact that it is so close to basically everything..
