Our spacious home is perfect for a family escape, inspired by the natural beauty of the Riviera Maya. It features a private pool, gym, tennis courts, and access to the community Beach Club (with consumable cover) and other nearby clubs. Ideally located near Xpu-Ha Beach, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and close to the attractions of Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, cenotes, and Xcaret parks, yet peaceful and away from crowds.

It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, three bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds that can also be used as a study.
